Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedules change. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to respect the time of our therapists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. If a cancellation or rescheduling is made with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of $30 will apply. If you paid a deposit then you will simply lose that amount. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, the full session fee may be charged. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
